Lillian Ann Newhall

November 3, 1927 ~ July 15, 2017 (age 89) 89 Years Old

Lillian Ann Newhall, age 89, passed away on Saturday, July 15. 2017.  She was born in Wolfeboro, NH on November 3, 1927. She graduated from Brewster Academy, and Kents Hill College in Maine.

 Lillian  was a retired bookkeeper and had worked for the telephone company, Carpenter School lunch program, Winnipesaukee Motor Craft, Bradley's Hardware and Rite Aid. 

She was a member of Eastern Star, and taught Sunday School at the Congregational Church. She enjoyed spending time in Errol, NH with her lifetime partner Donald French. She also enjoyed quilting, plastic canvas, and crossword puzzles.

She is survived by Don French, her daughter Pamela O'Neil (Bradley), of Lakeland, FL.,grandsons Robert and Kristopher Newhall, Matthew Cash, her "second daughter" Debbie Cash (David), her brothers William and Irving Thomas, several great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.  Lillian leaves behind her longtime friend Evie Wentworth, who she had coffee with almost every morning for over 50 years.  She had many beloved and devoted pets over the years, and leaves behind her pup Nikki.

She was predeceased by her husband Lawrence Newhall and her son Robert Newhall.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, August 4, 2017 at 10:00am at Lord Funeral Home, Wolfeboro, NH.  Burial will be in the Lakeview Cemetery, Wolfeboro, NH.

Lord Funeral Home in Wolfeboro is in charge of arrangements.  

 

A memorial service will be held Friday, August 4th, 10AM, at Lord Funeral Home in Wolfeboro. Burial will be at Lakeview Cemetary.  In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to: Lakes Region Humane Society, PO Box 655, Ossipee 03864.

The family would like to thank SB Nursing Care and Tracey Chatigny for the wonderful care they provided for Lillian over the past year.
