Robert Snow Obituary

Wolfeboro, NH

Robert (Bobby) Snow died Monday, March 4th, 2024. He was born November 18, 1943 at Huggins Hospital in Wolfeboro, NH. He was predeceased by his parents Paul E and Eleanor Shannon Snow.

Robert was a graduate of Brewster Free Academy, Class of 1961. After graduation Robert went on to study Commercial Art for two years at the University of New Hampshire.

As a young man he worked along- side his father building houses in the Wolfeboro area. He later went on to find his career at NAPA Auto Parts where he became fondly known as The NAPA Man. The NAPA crew was like family to him.

Robert loved his family, his friends, his home and fast cars. He was an avid NASCAR Fan. He also enjoyed working in his flower gardens and puttering around the house. Near the end of his life Robert enjoyed Facebook and chatting on messenger. It kept him close to family and friends.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Joni (Morrill) Snow, his three sons, Sean Snow, Paul Snow and Rodney Horn.  Being an only child he was happy when he gained many brothers and sisters from the Morrill Clan.  Robert was proudly part of the large extended Shannon Family.  Many many cousins, too numerous to mention. He was especially close to Stu Shannon and Carl Shannon. Their visits meant the world to him.

His visits from his grandnieces, Ja’Niyah and  Mehryn Canney were always the highlight of his day.

Robert was a kind, generous and compassionate man. He touched the hearts of all who knew him.  He has left this earth and moved on to eternity. We can no longer hold him in our arms but we will hold him in our hearts forever.

At Robert’s request there will not be a formal service. A celebration of his life may be held at a later date
