Andrea Flagg Thomson , 67, of Wolfeboro, NH passed away surrounded by her loving family on October 23, 2019 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH after a courageous battle against breast cancer that began in 1992.

She was married to Robb Thomson for 44 years and was the devoted and loving mother of three daughters, Christine, Kimberly and Kelly.

Born in Houlton, Maine in 1952, Andrea (Andie) moved with her brother Steve and parents, Calvin and Verna Flagg to Wolfeboro, NH in 1961. A graduate of Kingswood High School, she attended the Thompson School in UNH and Garland Junior College in Boston. She was assistant manager at the Nordic Skier before marrying Robb in 1975.

As a cancer survivor, Andie was a source of inspiration, who reached out with encouragement and hope to others who faced the plight of this disease. She demonstrated strength and determination and lived life on her terms.

Her life was defined by love. Andie loved her grandchildren and enjoyed “glamping” with them and making homemade presents. She loved traveling across the country to “SEEUSA” with Robb in their RV. She loved sewing, baking, cross-country skiing and capturing life’s beauty through her photography. Andie was blessed with an abundance of energy and creativity that she used to make lasting memories for everyone she met.

Andie is survived by her beloved husband, Robb, and daughters Christine Anderson and her husband Bryan and their children, Connor, Molly and Evan; Kimberly Coughlin and her husband Adam and their children, Calvin, Ava and Simon; and Kelly Thomson. Andie is also survived by her parents Calvin and Verna Flagg and her brother Steve Flagg and his wife Beth and their children JC and Micaela.

Calling hours will be from 4:00 to 6:00 pm on Friday November 1st at Lord Funeral Home, Route 28, Wolfeboro, NH. The funeral service begins at 10:00 am on Saturday November 2nd at the First Christian Church, North Main Street, Wolfeboro, NH. A private burial will be held at a later date.
