Christel not only spoiled her grandchildren, but her many "grand dogs" that were part of her life at one time or another.  She loved cooking during the holidays and having her family with her, especially playing “Mensch Aergere Dich Nicht”.  She was so well-loved that she would spend her birthday at home, in order to receive over 35 calls from family and friends.
