I was deeply saddened to hear that Ernie was no longer with us. I was fortunate to work for Ernie for almost 10 years and count him a friend and mentor. To this day I still draw on the lessons he taught me. My deepest sympathies to Ernie's family.

I'm sad to hear of Ernie's passing, though I'm happy to think of all the good times I've had working with him. I've learned a lot of building and carpentry skills from him as well. I'll miss the completely inappropriate greeting cards he would send (those were a riot). Cheers Ernie!

We are so sorry for the loss of Ernie and our condolences to family and friends. We had the privilege of getting to know Ernie on an extensive renovation of our home. He was always entertaining but very meticulous in his work. He also was very solicitous of my aging mom who loved the hilarious gifts he brought to her. Always respectful of our space while the project was ongoing, Ernie was eager to please. One appropriate quote: “Why be in a rush and do a poor job!” We will miss you Ernie but are glad that you are at peace. Our appreciation to Carol R. and Dotty who were very supportive of him.

Thank you, Trish and Bob. I well know that Ernie loved working with you on your beautiful renovation. And even more importantly, he very much loved you, and all your family, too. Our paths have only crossed a couple times over the years, but I know that your friendship with and your love for Ernie endured. He appreciated, and I still do, your visits in his final months of cared-for living. I very much like to think of you enjoying his craftsmanship every day. ( It would be hard not to feel regal descending his amazing staircase of fine inlaid woods!) I hope to see you again, and to thank you in person, when we have Ernie’s memorial celebration of life.

Ernie was a close friend and former room mate from college. For more than 40 years we stayed in touch through phone calls and visits, all of which will be missed. Knowing Ernie was to appreciate his humor, generosity and kindness. Good bye dear friend,

Thank you, John and Shari. Ernie mentioned you often, and over the years, I would usually ask if you'd been in touch when we spoke. On one of my visits he shared amazing pictures of him helping you jack up and repair your home in Maine. I know that Ernie very much appreciated your recent visits to him at Wolfeboro Bay, as do I. To the end, he felt fortunate in his friendship with you both. Dotty

My deepest condolences to the family and friends of Ernest. When Jesus Christ was here on Earth he performed all sorts of astounding miracles. Jesus Christ cured some of the people from whatever diseases and infirmities they had Matthew 9:35. Jesus Christ brought back to life some of the people that had fallen asleep in death one of them was his friend Lazarus that has been dead for 4 days John 11: 11-44. This foreshadowed what Jesus Christ will do right here on the brand new Paradise Earth under his kingdom rule that he taught his followers to pray to come in the Lord's Prayer no more sickness pain or death Life Without End Revelation 21:1-5 jw.org.
