Eva May Woodbury

Eva M. Woodbury, 94, passed away peacefully at Wolfeboro Bay Care Center on Wednesday July 10th,  2019. She was born May 30, 1925, the daughter of Fred and Dora Eldridge. Eva was born in Center Ossipee and was a resident there all her life.

She worked at Frankson’s Furniture Company in West Ossipee for many years.

Eva is pre-deceased by her husband, Carlton Woodbury, and is survived by daughter Loretta M. Stockbridge, Center Ossipee, NH; grandchildren Donna & Glenn Stockbridge of Odessa, TX. Wayne & Jenifer Stockbridge of Scituate, Ma., and Robert & Sandra Freeman of Center Ossipee, NH. She also has three step grandchildren; Robert Freeman, Tracy Freeman Lewis and Matthew Freeman; as well as great grandchildren Arielle, Elizabeth and Harrison Stockbridge, Gabrielle & Cameron Quigley, and Matthew & Jacquelyn Gregory. Eva was one of nine children, and is survived by one brother, Norman Eldridge, Center Ossipee, NH.

Eva loved to crochet, knit, sew and do word search. She also loved shopping trips, and was most happy when family came to visit including many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.

Please join us to celebrate her life Saturday, July 20th at 2:00 pm at the Chickville Cemetery in Center Ossipee. Pastor Carol Ames will be officiating.
