Jane Elizabeth Ridings passed away at 3:15AM on Wednesday August 21, 2019 in Wolfeboro, NH.

She was born on July 26, 1943 in Rochester, NH, she was 76 years old.

She fought a long battle with breast cancer for over 10 years.

Jane was born in Rochester and moved to Wolfeboro in 1968 with her husband David Ridings.

She worked at Kingswood Regional High School as a baker for 27 years while all six of her children went through school and retired at the age of 62.

Mom and Dad would spend eight months here and four months in Florida for the past 13 years. 

She fought a good fight.  She has her arms wrapped around all of us now from Heaven.  She is at home with her Mom and Dad and her Sister.

She will be greatly missed by many!

Jane is survived by her sister Lynne (Balcom) Urquhart and her husband Jeff of Ossipee, NH.  She also leaves behind her husband of 57 years, David Ridings, of Wolfeboro, NH, her son David S. Ridings and his wife Linda and their children Cassidy and Matthew of Wolfeboro, NH; her daughter Kristin Steenbruggen and her husband Jim and their children Garrit and Nicholas of Reading, MA; her daughter Tracy Haynes and her children James, Christopher and Evan and grandchildren Lucas and Issac of Wolfeboro, NH and of MA; her son Matthew Ridings and his wife Kristy and their daughter Olivia, Wolfeboro, NH; her son Michael Ridings and his wife Amber and their children Max, Nathan, and Alexandra of Somersworth, NH and her son Andrew “Billy” Ridings and his wife Rebecca of Tamworth, NH.

A Memorial Service was held at Lord Funeral Home, Wolfeboro, NH.
