To Lynn's family, My mother, Julie Jerabek Fukuda, was Lynn's roommate and best friend in college and they were bagpipe players together. My mom gave me her name as my middle name. I didn't have the fortune of getting to know her although I reached out to her in 2016 and we had a lovely conversation on the telephone. I had promised I would find a way to visit, but I am living in Tokyo, Japan, so it would not have been easy. However, I had felt we had been connected soul-to-soul all along! I'm so sorry that she has left this earthly realm, but so glad she lived such a full life. I would love to see her art work and would love to know more about her life. My deepest condolences. We will miss Lynn. She has been a part of our lives for over 30 years and we had many good times and laughs, and enjoyed lots of music with her. Jim was on one of her sailing expeditions out of Portland and stories abound from that trip with lots of laughter. Lynn was a treasure and we miss her.
