Morton W. Porter, 86, of Ossipee, passed away Saturday, December 23, 2017 at the Genesis Wolfeboro Care Center, Wolfeboro, NH.  He was born July 19, 1931 in Watertown, MA, where he had lived for most of his life and had attended the local schools.  Morton and his wife June had moved to the Ossipee Area in 1995.

Morton is the widow of June (Gillis) Porter.  He is survived by three sons, Paul Porter, Barnstead, NH; Morton Porter Jr., Center Ossipee, NH and Dale Porter, Waltham, MA, and his two daughters Deborah Pattison, Ossipee, NH and Donna Porter of Ohio, several grand and great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Lord Funeral Home, 50 Moultonville Road, Center Ossipee, NH.  Burial will be in grant Hill Cemetery, Center Ossipee, NH in the spring.
