Tuftonboro, NH

Barbara L. Dore, of Tuftonboro, NH passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Portsmouth Regional Hospital, Portsmouth, NH. 

Barbara was born on February 6, 1937 to the late Jack and Leona Hlushuk. 

Her most favorite times were spending time with her church family at the Tuftonboro United Methodist Church of Tuftonboro, doing as much as she could. 

One of Barbara’s favorite holidays was the 4th of July.  She loved having most of the family over for a family barbeque and watching the fireworks at the end of the night. 

Barbara is survived by her daughter Linda Dalton and her partner Robert Dalton, and her son Larry Dore all from Tuftonboro, NH.  She also leaves behind a granddaughter Stacy Johnston and two great grandchildren, Bradey, Kendal and Aydin as well as her brother Ken Hlushuk and his wife Clair, Tuftonboro, NH her sister-in-law’s Eunice Hodgdon and Silvia Dore, many nieces and nephews. 

A graveside service was held Wednesday, April 26th, 2023 in the Townhouse Cemetery, Tuftonboro, NH.
