Barry "Jerry" Huston

Barry “Jerry” Huston, 59 years old of Ossipee, NH, passed away on August 3, 2025, from a car accident. He was born January 14, 1966, in Lawrence, Massachusetts to Barry E. Huston and the late Anne Huston.

Barry completed his high school education at Algonquin Regional High School in 1984 and went on to start his own painting business, Huston Painting, which he ran until he moved back to his childhood home to support his aging parents. While Barry was a fine businessman, he was also a loving family man raising three children that he poured his heart and soul into ensuring that they have a loving home and a bright future.

Barry was a charismatic and funny man with many friends who enjoyed bonding with people over a drink, on the driving range, and especially on Ossipee Lake, which was easily his favorite spot on the planet. He loved nothing more than to fill his boat with friends and family then cruise the day away. From piloting a boat to swimming to fishing, if he was on the lake surrounded by those he cared about, he was in paradise.

While we are all saddened by the tragic loss, we should remember that Barry would want us to smile as we remember him and continue to enjoy life, keeping him in our hearts as we continue to push forward.

Service Information: A celebration of life for both Anne Huston and Barry Huston will be held in Ossipee, NH in December of this year. Please contact Jeffery Huston if you would like to attend.
