Carole A. Baker

Carole A. Baker, 81, of Wolfeboro, NH passed away Sunday Evening, June 6, 2021.  Carole was born January 19, 1940 in Wolfeboro, NH the daughter of the late Henry and Janice (Holbrok) Wagenfeld. 

She was a graduate of Brewster Academy, Wolfeboro, NH and Mt. Ida College Secretarial School, Newton, MA. 

Carole worked for General Electric Company in Lynn, MA for 4 years and later moved to Hampton, NH then moving back to Wolfeboro in 1978.  When moving back to Wolfeboro she had worked as a Medical Secretary for Dr. John C. Patten for several years.  Following his retirement she worked for Dr. Eric Lewis at Ossipee Family Practice then for Dr. Heath at Wolfeboro Pediatric in Wolfeboro retiring in 2006. 

Carole is survived by her husband Howard “Buzz” Baker Jr., Wolfeboro, NH, two sons Curtis Baker and his wife Yuanjie, Dalton, GA and Douglas Baker, Wolfeboro, NH and a grandson, Wyatt Baker. 

There will be no calling hours.  A Graveside service was held at the New Hampshire Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen, NH on Monday June 14, 2021 at 12:00pm

 I asked Mom “What do you want for lunch?”, Mom answered “Something Sweet”, Dad answered Mom “Dear it’s Me”.
