Dianne Roth Smallidge, 80 of Wolfeboro, NH, passed away peacefully Thursday, October 17, 2019, in her home after a brief illness.

Dianne was born June 7, 1939 in Medway, ME, to the late Leroy and Ruth (Reynolds) York.

She spent 46 wonderful years with her high school Sweetheart David B. Smallidge before his passing in 2004.  She was the owner and president of Link Metal Corporation in Wolfeboro.

Dianne loved her family above al and spent her later years watching her grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as taking many family vacations in Northern Maine.

She was the most loving and understanding wife, mother and grandmother; they were her greatest rolls in life and she will be greatly missed.

Dianne’s is survived her three children; Scott Smallidge and his wife Mary Ellen; Mathew Smallidge and his wife Debbie and her daughter Nancy Hersey and her husband Rick, all of Wolfeboro, NH

She also leaves five grandchildren, Wesley Smallidge, Wolfeboro, NH, Jonathan Hersey, Alton, NH, Natasha Cinelli, Salem, NH, Jessica Hersey, Ossipee, NH and Austin Smallidge, Wolfeboro, NH as well as four step-grandchildren, John Schultz, Gregory Smith, Danny Smith and Shelly Miller; five great grandchildren, Cameron Hersey, Hayden Hersey, Analese Hersey, Paisley McInnis and October-Rose Cinelli.  She is also survived by a sister Dorothy Johnson, Florida and a brother, Leroy (Slugger) York of PA and many nieces and nephews.

Donations in her memory can be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital or Lakes Region VNA and Hospice.

A Private Funeral Service was held Monday, October 21, 2019 at Lord Funeral Home, Wolfeboro, NH.  Burial was in the Hersey Cemetery, Wolfeboro, NH.
