Doris S. Bodette

Doris S. Bodette, 88, beloved wife of the late Ralph F. Bodette Jr., passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at her home in Wolfeboro, NH.

She was born July 4, 1934 in Cranston, RI. She attended St. Joseph Hospital School of Nursing, where she became a Registered Nurse. She worked at the VA Hospital, where she met her husband, Ralph. She had lived in Warwick, RI for many years, where she raised their family.

In 1990, Ralph and Doris moved to their home in Wolfeboro, NH. They spent their time traveling and camping across America and spending their winters in Venice, Florida.

Doris was an avid reader, enjoyed yard sales, bingo and her Labrador retriever, Jessie.

Doris is survived by her children Joseph Bodette and his wife Judith,; Darcy Nardella and her husband Paul and Andrew Bodette. She also leaves behind her grandchildren Nicole and Nathan Bodette and Brandon, Lindsay, Jack and Mitchell Nardella.

Calling hours will be Tuesday, June 6th, 2023 from 12-1pm at Lord Funeral Home, Wolfeboro, NH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at 2:00pm at St. Katharine Drexel Church, Bridgets Way, Alton, NH. Burial will be in the South Wolfeboro in Cemetery, Middleton Road, Wolfeboro, NH.
