Evelyn-Ann Wright Obituary

Evelyn-Ann Wright (Hastings), 61, passed away unexpectedly shortly after the passing of her loving husband Brian of 42 years, on December 9, 2025.

Born on October 6, 1964, in Winchester, Massachusetts, to Robert and Annabell Hastings Sr. She was the youngest of eight siblings. Evelyn was a devoted mother and nana whose presence brought warmth and joy to those around her. She was the loving mother of Matthew and Danyell. Her heart found its greatest delight in her grandchildren—Patrick, Aidan, Natalie, and Ethan—whose laughter filled her life with light.

She is remembered by her siblings Annabell Lea Antinarelli, Nancy Keister, David Hastings, and Christine Dougherty. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Brian Wright; her brothers Robert Jr and James Hastings; and her sister Carol Hastings. Numerous nieces and nephews also carry forward cherished memories of time spent in her gentle company.

Drawn to nature’s quiet beauty, Evelyn-Ann felt a deep connection to coastal lighthouses—beacons that mirrored the guidance and calm she offered others. Her interest in homeopathic medicine reflected the nurturing care she extended throughout her life.

Evelyn-Ann’s kindness radiated through every moment she shared with those around her. Her laughter lingers like sunlight on water; her compassion remains etched in the hearts she touched. May her memory continue to shine brightly as a guiding light for all who knew her.
