Harold L. Beardsworth

Effingham, NH 

Harold Lawrence Beardsworth passed away peacefully at home on June 16, 2022. He was born in Pawtucket RI. on Nov. 15, 1936 son of the late Lawrence and Gertrude Beardsworth of North Attleboro MA. He had resided in Effingham NH since 1987. 

He graduated Bristol Agricultural High School and then went to work for the family business of construction. He also was valued employed for many years at Sayles Diary, North Attleboro, then relocated to Carroll County and went to work for the Center of Hope as the Facilities Supervisor until he retired. 

Harold was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and wonderful friend to many. He was soft spoken, but his words were meaningful, often providing support and encouragement. He enjoyed working around his homestead with his trusty John Deere loader and as an avid craftsman, making wooden toy trucks and other fine creations. 

Survivors include his loving wife Gloria of fifty-one years’, two sons, six daughters, son and daughter in laws, fourteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren all residing throughout New England.
