John Henry White

John Henry White, 55 years old of Center Ossipee, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully with his best friend by his side on April 26, 2024. He was born on January 03, 1969, and was the son of the late Ervin and Mildred (Smart) White.

John was the youngest of seven children. He attended the local school until he went to work. He was employed for several years at Chick Lumber Company and then went on to work for Hartley Well Drilling Company.

John was well liked by all who knew him. He enjoyed spending his free time hunting with his friends and family as well as fishing all the local bodies of water.

John is survived by his wife Joanne (Hodge) White; his son, Ervin; his stepchildren Sara and Lynn. He is also survived by his siblings, Doris Meserve and her husband Allan; Helen Day and her husband Douglas; Cindy White; and Tammy Huckins and her husband Dave. He is survived by his grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two siblings, Ervin White and Charles White.

There will be a Celebration of John’s life which will be announced at a later date.
