Joseph “Joe” LeSourd Bradley, 81, of Ossipee, NH passed away on Friday August 19, 2022 at home surrounded by his immediate family.

Joe was born in Brookline, MA, second of 4 children to Myra LeSourd and Willis Bradley. He attended Milton Academy and then received his BA from Boston University in public relations. He completed 4 years in the Army Signal Corp and attained Captain status. After his time in the Army, Joe met his wife Trish during temporary Christmas employment. After a brief courtship, they were married in Ossipee. Both Joe and Trish were brought to faith at that time and Joe pursued a MA of theology from Dallas Theological Seminary, graduating in 1976. He pastored a church in MA for several years and during this time, he and his wife had two daughters. His career path then took him to teaching at several private Christian School, and he completed his MA in Special Education from UNH. Joe finished off his career at Kingswood Regional High School as Special Education Coordinator.

Joe served on the board of Partners with Haiti (www.partnerswithhaiti.org) for many years. He made over twenty trips to Haiti to work with its people and churches. He was instrumental in the Bethany Project, connecting children sponsors. Joe and Trish have sponsored many children, enabling them an education. His daughter and granddaughter had the opportunity to visit Haiti with Joe n his last trip in 2019 and meet the people that he loved.

In addition, he was a man of many talents and interests including woodworking, photography, and ham radio. He could fix anything.

Joe leaves behind his wife of 52 years, Patricia Blomstrom Bradley, daughter Gwendolyn Larsen and her husband and two children of Brookline, MA, daughter Evangeline Moyer and her husband and four children of Warner, NH.

In honor of Joe, donations are gratefully accepted to “Partners with Haiti”, 20 Old County Road, Barrington, RI 02806 or to the First Congregational Church in Center Ossipee, NH 03814.

Mr. Bradley has donated his body to the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, Hanover, NH.
