Justin Joseph Hartford, 24, of Wolfeboro, NH passed away on Saturday July 29th in Wolfeboro NH, where he had lived since his early teens.
Justin was born in Melrose MA on May 2, 1999. He was predeceased by his paternal grandmother Martha Smart and great grandparents.
Justin was a loving big brother to his four younger siblings: Hailey and Riley Hartford, and Matthew Smith Jr. and Mason Smith. He was an accomplished snowmobile racer, including water-cross, snow and ice and won many trophies wearing his #56 jersey. Racing is a Hartford family sport, and he was a patient mentor to his siblings and other younger racers. As a child, he loved trips to Disney. His pastimes were almost always outdoors, working on vehicles, hunting, fishing and more. He had recently bought a Harley Davidson motorcycle, which he was very excited about and really enjoyed riding with friends. For the past three years he worked with his Dad, daily, who was also one of his best friends.
A big heart, kind soul and warm smile are all things that describe Justin. He valued his family above all, and will be deeply missed by them.
