Linda Lee Jennings, 81, beloved daughter, sister, wife, and mother, passed away at her home on March 27, 2024, in San Francisco, California where she had lived for about 40 years.
Linda was born on January 17, 1943, in Brattleboro, Vermont. Linda spent her childhood from age two onward living in the Jenning's family home in Tamworth, New Hampshire. Linda was free spirited, and she was drawn to the arts. She was highly praised for her performances at the Barnstormers Summer Theater in which she earned acclaim for several leading roles.
Linda earned a BA degree from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts. In San Francisco, Linda was a skilled reflexologist, healer, and photographer.
Linda is pre-deceased by her parents, Bernard Jennings and Emily (Hill) Jennings, her husband, Donald Payton, and three Jennings brothers, (Paul, Daniel, and Alan).
Linda leaves behind a son, Michael Gilbert and his wife, Sarah, from Rexburg, Idaho, 2 grandsons, a brother, Dale Jennings, and his wife Marianne, from Concord, New Hampshire. Linda also leaves behind many nieces and nephews and their families.
