Mark McNally Obituary

Mark Alan McNally, 58 passed away on December 5, 2020 at his home in Tuftonboro, NH. Born in Providence, RI on March 31, 1962 to Audrey (Carter) McNally and the late Joseph McNally and raised in Seekonk, MA. He graduated from Seekonk High School in 1980 and attended Davies Vocation School; Opportunity Industrialization Center–Machine Design; and Roger Williams University – Mechanical Engineering; served an apprenticeship and became a Certified Journeyman Toolmaker in 1988.  He spent his career as Toolmaker Machinist making tools, dies, jigs and fixtures for aviation, surgical and other industries.  Moving to Wolfeboro, New Hampshire in 1995 and eventually to Tuftonboro where he had made his residence to enjoy the Lake Winnipesaukee area. 

He enjoyed working on classic vehicles especially Pontiacs even owning a few GTO’s in his day.  He was creative and had a passion for wooden boats also building and restoring a few! 

He is survived by his two children, Nicolas McNally of Wolfeboro, NH and Stephanie McNally of Bethesda, MD, his mother Audrey (Carter) McNally of Naples, FL, his sister Donna Aiossa-McNally and her partner Linda Aiossa-McNally of Fort Meyers, FL and sister-in-law Connie McNally of Seekonk, MA.  He was predeceased by his father Joseph McNally and his brothers Gary McNally and Paul McNally.
