Ricky Eugene Michaud

Ricky E. Michaud, 60, of Tamworth, New Hampshire, passed away on December 3, 2025. Born on August 18, 1965, in North Conway, New Hampshire, Ricky grew up surrounded by the mountains he loved and the community he proudly called home.

He was the son of the late Rodney Michaud, longtime New Hampshire State Police Officer and Mary Kauffman. Ricky was also predeceased by his brother, Gary Michaud.

A hardworking roofer and carpenter by trade, Ricky could build just about anything and was always willing to lend a hand to anyone who needed it. He had a gift for brightening up a room, lifting spirits, and making people feel like they mattered. Ricky was a down-to-earth man with a warm smile, a quick laugh, and a heart that welcomed everyone.

In his spare time, Ricky loved getting out on the golf course with his close friends or taking long peaceful rides on his Harley. Those who knew him knew just how much joy freedom, friendship and fresh air brought him.

Ricky is survived by his devoted wife, Tami, his brother, Robert Michaud, and his two sons, Joshua Michaud and Cody Frye. He treasured his family deeply and carried that love with him always. 

A burial service was held on December 9, 2025 at the Chickville Cemetery in Center Ossipee, New Hampshire, where he was laid to rest beside his father.

The family has set up a Go Fund Me to help support Tami during this difficult time.

Ricky will be remembered for his kindness, loyalty, humor and the way he made every day a little brighter for those around him. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
