We are so sorry for the loss of your dear husband and father. My (Roger) memories of Russell are from my childhood and the connection of my family through the kindness of Henry and Caroline. It is only just recently that we discovered the blood connection that Russell's grandmother was my great-grandmother. May you be comforted by the sweet memories of a life shared with a man of faithfulness and integrity.

Thank you for being such a great dad to me. Your unconditional love encouraged me to trust. I would not be the woman I am today without that loving support you so selflessly provided throughout the years. I'm missing the eeyoreish way you approached everything. The laughter it causes in remembering your dry sense of humor brings me comfort. Sleep well dad. I know we'll be together again someday. I loved you dearly.

I am sorry for your loss. The death of someone you love can be a very difficult thing to cope with. Perhaps you can find some comfort in the promise of the resurrection mentioned in the Bible at Isaiah 25: 8.
