Stephen was a fabulous man and person! Although I have not had the pleasure of recently meeting up with him, I have such fond and beautiful memories of him. He was always there for my children and their families, which I am so grateful for! RIP Stephen ....Thoughts and prayers out to the families and all those grieving his passing! What could take such kind and caring loving person. Was he in an accident, was he illl, did he struggle with mental illness, or addiction. As PAINFUL as his loss is, we have to give these losses a face or their death is in vain. We all think it can't happen to us, it can happen to anyone of us, but we all act like it is such a surprise, when we knew there were demons and the person may have been struggling. I am VERY sorry for your loss and hope your loved one is not at peace

You will be greatly missed by all Steve!!! You were Tyson's first friend when he arrived from Jamaica and we are all forever thankful for your love and friendship. We loved you and Shane both since the first days we met you and always will. Our hearts our with Megan, Shane and the girls through this painful time...we loved seeing the happiness you found with them, it was the greatest. Until we meet again friend...rest in peace and of course "see you in church" much love from us all!

Everyone that crosses paths at anytime throughout life, happens for a reason when it's supposed to. And sometimes even someone who crosses your path briefly can impact your life in a big way. In school you were always funny, generous, and caring to your friends. You will always have a piece of my heart that no one else does, and I will always carry those memories we all had before we grew up and life brought us on our own paths. I'm glad to see alot of people remember you the same way even in your passing. My heart goes out to your family and loved ones and I'm sure you are with them now through this time of sadness and forever. I'm sure your loved ones will continue to share memories and stories to carry your legacy on to your son through his life. Rest easy old friend. See you on the other side.

Steve I can't believe your gone. You were such a good kid, funny, a great Dad , Always smiling and fun to hang out witn. When you lived downstairs from me, we would be having a few cold ones by the fire and you introduced me to your friend's as "The Lady upstairs ", making me feel old LOL. .. This memorial is a perfect description of the way I remember Steve. He quite possibly had the biggest smile of anyone I know, and was always ready to flash that smile to make someone else smile. Steve would do anything for those that he cared about, and that speaks volumes of the type of person he was. I am so very sorry for the loss of such a kind person.
